I posted yesterday evening apologizing for the lack of a standings update due to shenanigans by the Chris Youngs. But almost immediately that sharp owner over in Flint Hill wrote this moving message:
I thought I saw a 4 game addition to my record? It shows you with a 3-1 record (because the jays took over first) and me with a 1-3 record. You’re saying that is wrong? That’d be nice.
Nice? To erase a 3 – 1 Wolverine day? Well, I never…
So I went and looked and lo! Eight of the nine EFL teams had updated data. Only the Rosebuds were stuck in time without new stats. So – should we wait for the straggling Rosebuds and maybe miss seeing some beautiful views? Or should we go ahead and let the ‘Buds catch up later?
Hmm. Spok says the interests of the many outweigh the interests of the one. Spok is very smart. He’d be a tough competitor if we let him into our league. We’ll go ahead and do this very late update, and go back tomorrow and see how the Rosebuds fared.
