Did I mention who won Rookie of the Year?

Consider the elegant, simple beauty in these three facts:

1. The 2018 Old Detroit Wolverines set an all-time world record for Rookies of the Year in one year:  Ronald Acuña and Shohei Ohtani.  It is a record which will never be broken.
2. The 2018 Old Detroit Wolverines did not finish in first place despite setting the all-time unbreakable world record for Rookies of the Year.
3. No Old Detroit Wolverine was even nominated for Manager of the Year despite managing an all-time unbreakable world record number of Rookies of the Year.

Number 3 was pretty much a given as soon as numbers 1 and 2 came to pass.
