True, a little sojourn in the minors might not be so bad. These little blips should not be compared to the stromance suffered in Kaline.
There were other familiar names also sent to the minors in the last 8 days: Dylan Bundy, Matt Davidson, Enny Romero, Michael Tonkin.
I also noticed former Wolverine prospect Burch Smith got sent down, thereby hopefully derailing Smith’s bid to make the Rays’ rotation and humiliate Wolverine management. As if that were still possible.
